You will be part of the software development team being responsible for developing and delivering PLC components and integrate them using highest software standards.

You probably work as a PLC Developer or Automation Engineer and have at least 2-5 years of experience (PLC development, installation, commissioning and problem solving in existing and new plants)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The work is both practical and theoretical with a focus on developing Logiwaste's systems (see more on the website) in customer projects.
In concrete terms, this means independently taking responsibility for the developing & testing new products, comissioning and integratre them in to the Logiwaste control system together with the rest of the softare development team.
OnSite work (~50% of time) :
- Install PLC and configure networks, control cards, sensors etc, configure the software
- Commissioning of automation equipments for production lines
- Test the product in isolation and integrate it with the rest of the equipments and systems
- Check that all connections are working (low voltage, signal cables, network, some high voltage and compressed air system)
- track service processes
- Energize everything and start up the system
- Check that everything is working properly: the components function, the sensors’ adjustments etc
- Problem Analysis: Track down malfunctions and fix them (can include small mechanical tasks)
Remote work( ~50% of time) :
- Dеvelop a highly reusable common library to be shared between different projects and products
- Dеvelop PLC and microcontrolers for products: Rеviеw & improve current code
- Work closely with engineers dеsign tеam in ordеr to dеsign nеw products
- Work closely with development team in ordеr to invеstigatе & diagnose issue
- Work closely with development team to integrate new products
- Install and configure the software
- Prepare documentation for existing and new plants
- Improve overall code in order to ensure code reusability and extendability
